One-to-one Photography
Our one-to-one photography package came about almost by accident. We had clients reach out and ask us to take natural, relaxed, informal pictures of their little ones, and we realised that this style is perfect for lots of parents. We’re documenting and capturing part of their childhood and it’s a huge privilege to be able to offer this service.
We get that investing in photography can feel like a big step; that’s why we’ll advise you on the logistics, collaborate with you to find shots that suit your style, and create the kind of photographs you’ll cherish forever.
How it works
First things first, get in touch. By filling out the enquiry form you’ll be able to give us an idea of dates that might work for you and your little one, discuss the kind of photos you already love, and drop in any other details that you think are relevant to your booking. We’ll then reach out to you via phone or email to chat in more detail.
We can also advise you on what will happen on shoot day and answer any questions that you might have ahead of time.
The perfect spot
The beauty of nature? The comfort of home? When it comes to location, we understand that you want somewhere special, that’s also suitable for little ones.
Whether we’re shooting in Edinburgh, southwest London, or further afield*, we can help you to find a location that not only works logistically but will also look great.
*Locations outside of Edinburgh or southwest London are by agreement only and may incur additional travel fees. Sessions over 40 miles away from our bases require a £500 minimum spend. Please contact us to chat in more detail.
On the day
We’ll meet up with you and your little one, get set up, and start taking pictures! Our shoots are always as relaxed and fun as possible to ensure that we get the very best out of everyone that’s in front of the camera. Usually, we work with your child on a one-to-one basis to get the very best out of them, but we can, of course, adapt to suit their needs.
The Childhood Portrait Package is based on a 1 hour shoot but this can be extended if desired. Please get in touch to discuss this.
The photos
The question we get asked the most on shoot days is definitely; “When will I get my photos?”. We’ll send you a very exciting sneak peek within 1 week of your shoot, with a full gallery coming within 4 weeks (unless discussed otherwise). You can decide which images you’d like to print and explore other options with our team.
